Ryan Kraai, the owner of MTO Performance, has 20+ years in the machining industry. He got his start in a local machine shop in his hometown doing secondary operations such as knurling, broaching and manual milling. Since those early days he has held many different positions, such as CNC machining supervisor and tool designer, and gained a great deal of knowledge. From solid model design to CNC mill and CNC lathe programming, setup and operation, we are capable of anything from large runs to low volume machining to one off prototypes with a specific emphasis on cost-effective machining. We can also locally outsource laser-cutting, welding, heat-treating, plating and powder coating as well as Cerakote done in house.
